All orders are subject to availability. In order to complete a transaction, clients must possess a valid credit card, debit card, or prepaid card issued by a bank acceptable to us (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). By placing an order, you confirm that all provided details are accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment card, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the goods. Please note that the prices of foreign products and services may fluctuate, and all advertised prices are subject to such changes.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email serves solely as an acknowledgment of payment and constitutes acceptance of your order. A subsequent confirmation email will be sent, containing a voucher for your tour, along with detailed information regarding the meeting point and time.

We strive to ensure that all information, descriptions, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, in the event of an error in the price of any service you have ordered, we will promptly notify you and offer the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as canceled. Should you cancel after payment has been made, our cancellation policy will apply. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be charged separately and clearly shown in the ‘Total Cost.’

The reservation team will provide only a voucher that includes all necessary details, such as the meeting point, time, and any special arrangements upon request.

These terms govern all content on this website and are subject to Greek Law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms will fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.

Bookings

  • Secret Island reserves the right, without liability, to cancel bookings for which required documentation and/or payments have not been provided in a timely manner, in accordance with the booking and charter party terms and conditions.

Responsibility

  • The specifications and equipment of yachts may vary from what is presented on the website or in promotional materials. The details of the yacht and equipment are valid only as outlined in the specific offer provided by Secret Island in response to your inquiry. Information, photos, and videos displayed on the Secret Island website are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. They are indicative of the type and model of yachts offered but are not actual representations unless explicitly stated.
  • Descriptions of services and facilities are indicative and may vary depending on actual conditions, such as the period, base, or yacht selected.
  • By taking delivery of the yacht, the Charterer, even if signing on behalf of the Skipper, confirms acceptance of all Charter Party Terms & Conditions without modification and assumes full responsibility under those terms.
  • In the event of a complaint, Secret Island must be notified in writing at info@secretisland.gr within 24 hours of the event. Any claims or complaints made after the charter period may be disregarded.
